Customer has right to refund within thirty days of online payment. Customer must email clientsupport@joymd.com and request refund via email.
Refunds are only and can be only processed to the original form of payment. Refunds are disbursed within seven working days and can take up to fourteen days to be seen back to your original form of payment.
We are unable to provide a refund for the first payment after thirty days have lapsed.
JOY MD reserves all rights to accept and reject any claim.
If enrolled in subscription, customer can cancel anytime by emailing clientsupport@joymd.com. Once client has submitted cancellation, there will be no further billing. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund after billing has occurred during subscription due to medications being shipped.
